Commend has added another major accolade to its 2025 success story: Ivy Conversational AI was honoured with the Merlion Award 2025 in Singapore, marking the company’s fourth international innovation award this year.
The award was presented at The Security Event Asia by Sim Ann, Senior Minister of State for Foreign Affairs and Home Affairs. Sharok Gerami, Managing Director of Commend UK, accepted the award on behalf of the company.
Ivy Conversational AI is the world’s first voice assistant designed for intercom systems. It answers routine passenger or visitor questions instantly, even in noisy environments, reducing the load on control room teams and enhancing accessibility through multilingual support.
