Upgrade Subscriptions are available in 1, 3, or 5 year increments, for VirtuoSIS and/or STUDIO. The model shows the costs over time with an Upgrade Subscription compared with purchasing a single software upgrade each year.
An Upgrade Subscription comes with extensive advice and support from our team like yearly inspections, support hours and calls, as well as hardware replacements. To which extent, that depends on the agreement.

Our goal is to ensure that not only the new ones, but all existing systems are up to date and therefore we offer a special upgrade subscription deal to long-term customers: If you have an existing system installation and sign up for a five year upgrade subscription, the first upgrade from any VirtuoSIS, Studio, or ComWIN version in order to be up to date is free.
